Help the project stakeholders visualize the right path to success

The best way to effectively take control of and communicate project scope, motivate teams, mitigate conflicts, negotiate for additional resources, manage stakeholders needs wants and expectations and manage risk is to help the project stakeholders (sponsor, clients, suppliers, team, etc ) visualize the sum of the projects products, services and results at the front end of the project.
