Capacity Building

Sustainability Resources is pleased to offer our clients learning and capacity building workshops and virtual seminars on topics such as Sustainability Planning, Resource Management, Watershed Stewardship, Land Management, Corporate Sustainability Planning, and Strategic Planning for Sustainability.

In 2010 - Sustainability Resources will be delivering workshops, webinars, and online learning resources for Water Resource Management and Sustainable Communities in partnership with municipalities, corporations, NGO's, foundation sponsors, and provincial partnership groups.

Strategic Support for Stewardship Projects

We help clients frame, develop and deliver resource management projects. From a day-long workshop to a longer-term engagement or partnership, we help develop the critical path and roadmap to achieve a vision. These projects also may include a community-based social marketing approach. We ensure that appropriate engagement and strategic checks and balances are in place to anticipate and manage potential issues and opportunities along the way.

Sustainability Strategy Development

Our strategy advice is wide-ranging and practical. We work with communities, corporations and partnership organizations to develop sustainability strategies and ensure a coherent approach. This includes defining sustainability vision, identifying management strategies, undertaking strategic stakeholder engagement and developing indicators and management plans.

Strategic Stakeholder Engagement

Stakeholder engagement is core to many of our consulting projects. Our services include identifying and engaging key parties, who can help frame and define an organization’s risks and opportunities.
